The book that im reading is called ASSATA by Assata Shakur.From what I've read on the blurb and the first couple pages Assata went through a powerful journey as a Black Panther and being arrested more than 2 times.While doing time in Cuba she wrote this book.Im so excited to read more of this book. So this is a biography. So is she now a good person, or is she still being arrested as the book introduces her as a felon?

The book that I'm reading is called Forged By Fire by Sharon M. Draper. So far I've read 1 chapter and its about this little boy named Gerald that was playing with fire when his mother left him in the house alone. He waz on top of a table and he had a toy he waz playin with. So he finds a lighter and starts playing with it, until he was playin with the flicker and he caught the curtains on fire. He did not know what to do so he ran behind the couch like his mother told him to before she left the house to go out. This is what i read so far in the book. Patricia_G
I've heard of that book, and it sounds pretty intereesting. I wonder how the story's going to shape out.
